Flying First BV focuses on all kinds of support for aviation training.
Initially, Flying first created Dutch theory manuals for training as a private pilot aircraft PPL(A) and in the future helicopter PPL(H).
We now also have translated the books in English and they are available. (contact us)

Our history
2019
Various authors ar being recruited to write the complete package of theory books for the PPL(A) course.
2020
Flying First BV was founded to manage the manuals.
2021
The learning objectives for PPL were developed in detail with attention to, among other things, modern technologies, safety, threat and error management and submitted as a proposal to EASA. Flying First’s manuals arer adapted accordingly.
2025
The Training manuals (Dutch and English) are now made using Webmanuals. This results in a new lay-out. During the transition the courses were reviewed. The books are now delivered with our new branding.
Our vision
The aviation environment is constantly evolving and as a result, regulations are subject to constant change.
